Our 12-inch pizzas are hand-made with a thin traditional Italian base and are generously topped with the freshest and best quality ingredients we can buy. Below are some favourite combinations, but feel free to create your own. Click here for Allergy information to help guide your choices.
We don’t cut your pizza unless requested. If the pizza is sliced before it gets to you, the oils and juices from the cheese, tomato sauce and toppings will seep into the cracks and cause the crust to get soggy. Also, when toppings are piping hot, they are often easily disturbed by the slicing action, leading to a less attractive pizza. In our opinion, it’s always better to slice the pizza just before eating.
